Le chill is rooted in the love for approachable and unique natural wine that the founders Adam and Nate have long shared . What was once a mere idea has grown into much more than a just wine label for the two. From hosting pool parties to late nights under a disco ball, Le Chill has created a space for everyone to feel at ease with a glass of wine in hand.

In collaboration with winemaker Chad Hinds, Nate and Adam curate small batch limited run wines using organic and biodynamic grapes grown in the Mt. Shasta and Rogue Valley areas. The dynamic nature of natural wine parallels the uniqueness that the two chase when formulating their varietals.

Le Chill pairs well with just about everyone… whether you’re on the dance floor, on a picnic or anywhere in between. Nate and Adam started the wine label with a goal of bringing good people together for good times...good wine just happens to be a huge plus.
