Sunrise Sipper

Enjoy a sip of sunshine with our Sunrise Sipper! This natural Gruner Gewurz blend is light and refreshing, the perfect pick-me-up for any time of the day. The Gruner, harvested mid-August for optimal acidity, hails from an organic vineyard on a Piedmontese Ranch near Mt. Lassen. The Gewurz was collected mid-September from a organic vineyard west of Mount Shasta in the Trinity Alps. 70% of grapes were immediately pressed; 20% underwent a 7-day carbonic fermentation, then an additional 28 days with thrice-weekly treading to sink the caps. Aged in neutral oak and stainless steel for 9 months
